Cremation is indeed the best choice for our beloved pet's passing.  All living organisms have a life energy, cremation is a means to let it free.  Energy can never be destroyed, it can only change forms.  Hence the explanation for releasing the spirit or soul by fire as has been the practice for thousands of years in most human cultures.

Cremation has become the standard in caring for a beloved pet who has passed.   Our hope is to ease the process a bit by offering a wide variety of pet remains urn for a more personalized touch.  Please inquire if additional personalization is desired via engravings, plaques and artwork.

Determining the quantity of ash  (cremains) you will receive from the pet crematory is difficult as crematory service  processes vary.  A general guideline is about one cup (8 ounces) per 20 pounds.  We freely offer exchanges if you need a different sized pet urn.  To determine the appropriate pet urn volume capacity needed for a pet, the average rule is that one pound of body weight (during a healthy state) = one cubic inch of volume.
Example- thirty (30) pounds would require an urn with at least a thirty (30) cubic inch volume capacity for cremains. This can vary slightly.   Let us know if you are still not sure. EMAIL
