All of our products can be exchanged or returned without calling us.
Everything we make is guaranteed for life and will be replaced upon return should a defect occur.
Please remember to keep a small amount of ashes aside in a keepsake or other vessel. We don't make the chains and we do try and test them before shipping but ... accidents happen and chains do break. We will replace the chain but we can't replace the precious contents of the keepsake.
